Buy one of our lots and we build a custom home shaped to it. Every lot has its own topography, so no two homes here are the same. After you buy your lot, custom build costs run around $715 per square foot, priced as we design so the drawings match the number.

We run the build ourselves

Self-perform general contractor

We run the build ourselves rather than handing it to subs and hoping. Our own crews are on site, which means tighter control over cost, schedule and quality, and one number to call when you have a question about any of the three.

The Magni RTH 6.30 on the boom is ours. We own the heavy equipment we build with, so lifts happen when the schedule says they should.

Every home is registered and covered. Warranty calls are answered by the people who built it.
